Elderly man missing after Howletts visit

Police  are appealing for help to find a man who went missing from Bekesbourne Road, Canterbury at 11.30am today.
 
Ian Knight, 71, from Sittingbourne, was due to go to Howletts but  walked off when he got to the zoo.
 
Mr Knight is white and has a distinctive full white beard. He is wearing a blue short-sleeved shirt, fawn coloured trousers and brown lace-up shoes.
 
Police are concerned for his welfare and ask anyone that can help locate him to contact the on 01622 690690.
