Wincheap closed after bike crash

A bike crash near Cow Lane closed Wincheap on Saturday lunchtime.

Police were called at 12.20pm and the road was closed between Homersham and Hollow Lane for two hours.

The 49-year-old motorcyclist from Dover was taken to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford but was not seriously injured.
